1.5 Kg of sterilized and hydrated Oat and Corn Mix in a Unicorn Bag with a recyclable 0.2 micron filter.
These sterilized grain bags are ready to be inoculated with agar, liquid culture or spore syringe. Each bag is sterilized at 121 °C, and cooled in front of our certified HEPA filtered laminar flow hood.
Oats , rich in protein and nitrogen , provide an ideal nutritional profile for mycelial development. Corn , high in energy, promotes rapid colonization due to its structure and water retention capacity. Together they create a complete spawn, suitable for all cultivable mushroom species. If you have species that are sometimes a little shy in growth, this substrate is for you!
Our bags can be stored at room temperature for 2 months, without losing their sterility .
