All our products require preparation time specified in the description of each item, as also specified in our shipping policy. The 24/48 hours refer to the courier service used. Before contacting us to ask for information about your shipment, make sure that the preparation period indicated for the items you purchased has actually passed. Days are considered "business days" (Monday-Friday).
Do you have inoculated Psilocybe cubensis kits?
The cultivation of Psilocybe cubensis or other species of the genus Psilocybe is illegal in Italy. Consequently, so is the sale of cultivation kits or products for their cultivation. WE DO NOT SELL ANY PRODUCTS FOR THE CULTIVATION OF THIS SPECIES!!!
Which substrate is best suited for the cultivation of Psilocybe cubensis?
None of our products are designed for the cultivation of Psilocybe cubensis or other species of the genus Psilocybe or other genera whose cultivation is illegal in Italy.
DO NOT ask us anything about the cultivation of this species because it is illegal in Italy, and if you lead us to believe that our products will be used for illegal activities, we will be forced to stop selling you our products.
Do you have stores in Rome?
We do not have stores. Our production facility is in Sant'Oreste. All orders must be placed on our website.
Can I pick up my order in person?
If you wish to pick up your order at our warehouse in Sant'Oreste, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will be contacted once your order is ready to arrange the in-person pickup. We offer the option of picking up the order in person to save you on shipping costs. The time required to arrange the pickup may vary. However, we require that payment be made in advance through the online store's payment methods.
