Shipping Methods

Local Pickup
Products can be picked up in person at our warehouse in Sant'Oreste at no additional cost. We will arrange an appointment with you via email once your order is prepared. You will receive an email with suggested dates and times.

Local Delivery
In the Rome area, we offer a personal delivery service for €5. This option will appear at checkout if your address falls within the eligible zone.

Courier Shipping
For courier delivery, we use Bartolini express service. You will typically receive your order within 24–48 hours from the shipping date.

Pickup Point Delivery
If your order is eligible for pickup point delivery, select “Deliver to Pickup Point” at checkout. After payment, you’ll access a map to choose your preferred location.
If you choose this method but don’t select a point, your order will be shipped to your provided address.
You have 10 days from delivery to the pickup point to collect your package. After that, it will automatically be returned to us. A new shipping fee will be required to resend it.

Shipping costs within Italy start at €5.70 and increase based on the order’s weight. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout after entering your delivery town.

Preparation Times

We usually process orders within 3 working days for in-stock items. If additional preparation time is required, it will be noted in the product description.
If your order includes items with different preparation times, the order will ship according to the longest preparation time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number and link.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary and are not fixed.

Orders may ship faster due to planned overproduction.

During peak seasons, delivery may take longer due to increased production demands.

We do not guarantee delivery times, which may be affected by force majeure.

We do our best to meet expected delivery times.

Once picked up by the courier, delivery usually takes 1–2 days in Italy and 3–4 days in the EU.
Delays may occur depending on the courier’s service. We are not responsible for any courier-related delays.
