Refund policy
We invest care and time to ensure that we provide the highest quality products. If there are any issues with the purchased product, please contact us by email or through the contact form on our website, including your order number, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to cancel your order and receive a refund, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. Refunds will be processed within two days through the same payment method used during purchase.
If you wish to return a product, this is only possible if the item has not been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned product and evaluate its condition, the cost of the product will be refunded to your payment method. Returns are not accepted more than one week after the delivery date.
Guarantees
Inoculated Grow Kits
The Self-Grow Kits and Grow Block Kits are guaranteed to produce at least one harvest, provided that the instructions supplied with the kit are followed. All instructions can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the kit label.
Sterile Products
Carefully inspect sterile products upon arrival for any damage or possible contamination and contact us before using the product to describe the issue. Sterile products should not show any form of growth. If they do and the product is still sealed, we will replace it as soon as possible. The sterility guarantee of substrates expires once opened or inoculated, or after the maximum storage period indicated in the product description.
Agar Quality Guarantee
Please inspect the plates in their packaging before opening to check for cracks or any other transport-related damage. We will replace any still-sealed plate that does not meet your expectations.
For any issues, please contact us via email with clear photos of the product.
In Case of a Damaged Package
If your order is delivered in a visibly damaged package, please take photos immediately showing the shipping label clearly, and contact us to assess the condition of your items. Do not use the products until you have received our response.
If this procedure is not followed, we cannot guarantee the sterility of the purchased products.
In Case of Wrong or Non-Conforming Product
If you receive a different product from what you ordered, please contact us and we will send you the correct one at our expense as soon as possible.
In Case of Failed Delivery
Make sure you enter your address correctly and are available to receive the delivery. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery or uncollected mail, you will need to pay for a new shipment. Otherwise, you will be refunded the order amount minus actual shipping costs, which may be higher than those initially charged. You can cancel your order anytime before shipment for a full refund.
In Case of Uncollected Package
You have up to 10 days to collect your package from the selected pickup point. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us. If this happens, an additional shipping fee will be charged for resending. Alternatively, you can request a refund, but shipping costs incurred will be deducted.
