Description:
Agrocybe aegerita (poplar) is a mushroom with a delicate, slightly nutty flavor, featuring rounded, light-hazelnut-colored caps and a lighter-colored stipe, medium in size (3–8 cm). It bears fruit from June to November, sometimes until December in mild climates. Native to temperate regions of Europe and Asia, it produces its first crops 6–12 months after inoculation on logs or blocks of enriched sawdust, continuing to fruit for 3–5 years with yields of 1–2 kg per kg of substrate under optimal conditions.
How do you use spawn on sawdust?
- The mycelium in Pioppino sawdust is only suitable for inoculation on trunks
