Ho partecipato alla Masterclass di Autoproduzione Funghi quest'estate passata e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Pur avendo poca esperienza, avendo coltivato finora solo da kit pronti, il corso mi ha permesso di capire veramente le basi per la coltivazione.
Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che Cristiano e Riccardo non si siano limitati a spiegare la teoria, ma hanno condiviso molto anche della loro esperienza diretta: ciò che hanno testato, cosa ha funzionato meglio e quali sono le pratiche più efficaci. Inoltre, "mettere le mani in pasta" e quindi preparare effettivamente il substrato sterilizzandolo in due modi diversi, inoculare ecc... rende ciò che si apprende molto concreto e facile da seguire (E ANCHE MOLTO DIVERTENTE!), anche per chi è alle prime armi.
Le informazioni sono state tante, ma grazie alla guida passo passo dei due Growers, sento di avere tutte le basi per coltivare i miei funghi in autonomia,. In sintesi, è un corso valido, chiaro e davvero utile, che consiglio a chiunque voglia iniziare o approfondire il mondo della coltivazione dei funghi.

Cristiano spiegherà ciò che serve sapere e Riccardo vi accompagnerà mentre prenderete manualità con le operazioni da compiere per avviare una coltivazione autonoma e "low-tech".
