90-mm-Petrischalen mit dreifacher EntlĂŒftung und gebrauchsfertigem Malzextrakt-Agar (MEA) oder Malzextrakt + Hefeextrakt (MYA).

Das Medium schlechthin fĂŒr das Myzelwachstum! Bereit zur Verwendung in einer aseptischen Umgebung. Perfekt zum Vermehren von Myzelkulturen oder zum Keimen von Sporen.

Der Agar wird zunĂ€chst in einem Autoklaven bei 121 °C sterilisiert und dann auf unsere sterilen, dreifach belĂŒfteten 90-mm-Petrischalen gegossen. Anschließend werden die Platten vor unserer Laminar-Flow-Haube mit zertifiziertem HEPA-Filter gekĂŒhlt. Abschließend werden sie mit Parafilm versiegelt, um sie vor Ă€ußeren EinflĂŒssen zu schĂŒtzen. Unsere sterilen Agarplatten werden 5 Tage lang beobachtet, um sicherzustellen, dass keine Kontamination vorliegt.


Wenn sie nicht verfĂŒgbar sind, mĂŒssen Sie ab dem Bestelldatum etwa 7 Tage warten, bevor sie versendet werden.

NB. Die Farbe des Agars kann von der Abbildung abweichen. Um die Beobachtung von Myzel und Verunreinigungen zu erleichtern, verwenden wir hÀufig Farbstoffe, die keinerlei Einfluss auf die QualitÀt oder das NÀhrstoffprofil des Bodens haben

Achtung : Bei Temperaturschwankungen wĂ€hrend des Transports ist mit einer gewissen Kondensation zu rechnen. Um dieses Problem zu lösen, empfehlen wir, die Teller kopfĂŒber, also mit dem Deckel nach unten, aufzubewahren.

Mosy of my agar plates were contaminated and a jar smash out of 3. It took forever to ve delivered as well

However, we are still awaiting the evidence of the contaminated agar plates that we requested in the two emails sent to you, to which we have not received a response. We did receive a photo of the broken jar, but we are still missing the requested photos of the contaminated plates and packaging.

Our sterility warranty is one of the strongest in the market and covers every sterile item that shows contamination before use. We replace contaminated items at no extra cost. We simply require evidence of the contaminated plates before proceeding with a replacement. We were disappointed to receive a public review before we had the opportunity to resolve the issue.

If you choose not to provide evidence for the agar plates, we can still proceed with replacing the broken jar. We would be grateful if you could also provide photos of the packaging, as previously requested, so we can file a formal claim with the shipping carrier.

7 piastre su 8 perfette

Prima di utilizzarle ho aspettato un paio di settimane sigillate nella loro busta originale (ne aperte ne manipolate) solo 1 piastra su 8 Ăš risultata contaminata da una muffa nera. Le altre 7 erano perfette.
